My Verification code was not sent, what should I do?

Some users experience difficulty receiving their verification codes through their carrier due to their carrier's settings. If you have not received a code after a couple of requests by following the steps below and waiting for 5-10 minutes, please contact our support team with your name, the email on your account, and the mobile number you are attempting to validate.



Requesting multiple verification codes may cause your account to be suspended by our platform. Please limit your requests prior to contacting the Sampler team.

Step-By-Step: How to receive verification code

When requesting to receive the verification code, some users experience difficulty due their carrier settings. To verify your account, simply follow these steps:

1.Login to your account.

2. On the 'Verify your number' page, click Edit Number (under Verify number)

3. Proceed to change the mobile number OR not edit the mobile number if it's correct, and click Send verification code

4. A verification code will be sent to your mobile number (Please allow 5-10 minutes to receive SMS)

5.  Once you receive the code, enter it in the box above, and click Verify number
