No problem! If your order was delayed in the mail or you just haven't had a chance to try your samples that's ok. You can come back to the email after you've had a chance to try your samples or go directly to the Orders page on your Sampler account and start the survey from there.

We will be releasing an update in the near future which will let you tell us if you haven't tried any of the samples in your survey. Let us know and we will remind you to come back in a couple weeks.
