How to track your samples

Congrats on your sample match! If it's been a minute and you are curious where your order is, you can check the status from the Orders page of your Sampler account. Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer tracking links, but you can check here to make sure your order was placed successfully. While we know (from personal experience) you are eager to try your sample, please allow 3-4 weeks for your samples to be delivered. If you have not received your sample yet, don’t worry — it’s on its way. 

Step-by-step: How to check your order status

You can check your order status following these steps:

1. Login to your account
2. Click on the Order tab

3. Look for your most recent order to see if it has been shipped
