We are sorry that you haven't been able to try your new samples yet! Usually, it can take 3-4 weeks for orders to be delivered. However, as the holidays approach, users may experience some further shipping delays. We’re talking more around 4 to 6 weeks for deliveries here. This is a problem that’s widely spread for all mail across Canada and the United States. So if you have not gotten your sample yet, don’t worry—it’s on its way, just taking longer than usual to get to you!
