I haven’t matched several months in a row? Is there something wrong with my account?

Our samples are very popular and limited in quantity.  As such, not everyone is able to claim samples every month.  

Don't be discouraged!  While it's possible you may go a couple of months without matching we are working hard to add new exciting brands and samples for you to try.  

For your best chance to match, make sure:

  1. You are subscribed‍ to our email so we can tell you when you're most likely to matched
  2. You follow us on your preferred social network to find out when samples are dropping
