How do I receive the verification code?

In order to claim samples, all users are required to verify their Sampler account. Verification codes are sent from a valid mobile number via SMS text at the time of registration. 

This is an essential part of our security to authenticate Sampler accounts. Please note that users are allowed one Sampler account per mobile number.


Landlines & VOIP numbers

Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to accept landlines or VOIP phone numbers for mobile verification.

Step-By-Step: How to receive verification code

When signing up for a Sampler account, you will be prompted to verify your account from a verification code that was sent to your mobile number. To verify your account, simply follow these steps: 

1.Sign-up/login to your account.

2. Enter your mobile number and click Send verification code

3. A verification code will be sent to your mobile number (Please allow 5-10 minutes to receive SMS)

4.  Once you receive the code, enter it in the box above, and click Verify number
