How do I update my shipping address?

If you want to update the shipping address for an order claimed in the past 24 hours or save your address in your profile for next time, you can make this change from your Sampler Profile as outlined below.  

For an order claimed more than 24 hours ago

Address changes can not be made beyond 24 hours from when you claimed. Unfortunately due to limited inventory, reshipments are also not possible.

You can update your address in your profile by following these steps:

1. Login to your account
2. Click on the Order tab


3. Click Edit Address for your most recent order


4. Enter a valid shipping address and click Save

2. Click on the Profile tab


3. Click Edit in the Your Shipping Address section


4. Enter a valid shipping address and click Save.  Your address will be filled in automatically on your next order.
