I never received my verification code. Why is that?

Some users experience difficulty receiving their verification codes through their carrier due to their carriers settings.  If you have not received a code after a couple requests and waiting for 5-10 minutes, please contact our support team with your name, the email on your account, and the mobile number you are attempting to validate.


Requesting multiple verification codes may cause your account to be suspended by our platform. Please limit your requests prior to contacting the Sampler team.
