Why don't I see any new samples to claim?

It's important to note that there are a number of factors that go into matching our users with samples. 

When you sign up, we ask you a series of questions in order to assign you samples that we know you'll love, and use! Our platform then matches you with samples based on your questionnaire responses, which should reflect your lifestyle and preferences.

Every month, new questions are added to some users' accounts. You can increase your chances of matching by answering them if they appear on your account! But don't fret, if you don't see any new questions, it doesn't necessarily mean you won't match either.

Qualifications for each sample are put in place by the brands we work with so we cannot guarantee that you will match with a sample each time you try to claim.
