It looks like the website isn't working. What should I do?

We're sorry for the inconvenience!  Below are some of the most common fixes.

  • Try refreshing your page
    • Quitting your browser and reloading the page may also help
  • Try turning off your VPN 
    • The offers you see are based on your location, so using a VPN may prevent you from seeing the offers that are available in your area
  • Try clearing your cache
  • Try enabling Cookies and/or Cross-Site Tracking
    • Some of our programs rely on cookies to help us deliver you free samples
  • Try waiting 5-10 minutes
    • While it's rare, it's possible there may be a temporary outage

If none of the above helped, you can contact support and provide details about the issue you're experiencing.  The more information you provide the better (e.g. when you had an issue, the browser and device you are using, etc.).
