We are sorry that your samples had a rough trip! While we do our best to make sure our samples are protected, occasionally things get missed and shipments get crushed.
Unfortunately, in most cases we are not able to reship samples as we have limited quantities and they run out quickly! However, we do want to hear about your experience so we can continue to improve how we are packaging our orders. When using the contact form make sure to tell us your order details, what product was damaged or missing and if possible attach a picture.
