Yes! It's free to sign up, order samples and have them delivered right to your home! However, we do occasionally work with brands on special offers for high value coupons or even full size products (!) which may require a small shipping and handling fee paid directly to the brand. If these special offers aren't for you, no problem! Simply decline the offer and we will contact you the next time you match.
#SamplerParty is a monthly online party where our Samplers (that’s you) get the chance to match with free samples right at home. Our monthly party takes place at the beginning over every month.

At Sampler we work hard to find great samples that are personalized to you! Based on the information you provide us in your profile and while answering questions, our algorithms will match you with samples that we think you'll love. Please note that qualifications for each sample are put in place by the brands we work with so we cannot guarantee that you will match with a sample each time you try to claim. Also, as you can imagine, our samples are quite popular and limited in quantity so they can be claimed quite quickly.
If you haven't match with samples yet or haven't matched in a while don't worry! We are adding new samples each months and finding other great ways to reward our users like contests and special offers.
Sampler runs Signature Programs around the world but some samples are only available in specific countries. You'll see the programs available in your country on your Sampler profile.
At this time, the Sampler Market Programs and certain Signature Programs are only available in North America (US and Canada).

Sampler Market Programs are through Sampler or one of our partners, where you have the chance to match with samples curated to your interests periodically throughout the year.
Each month, we add new offers to our marketplace and our matchmaking technology gets to work finding you samples that fit your profile. If we don’t have anything you’ll love, we’ll check again the next time new samples drop.
Sampler Signature Programs give you the chance to explore exclusive offers from a single or small collection of brands through samples, coupons or eCoupons. These programs are live for a limited time and do not reopen on a regular basis with new samples.Delete
Unfortunately, we do not ship to Puerto Rico at this time. We hope in the future to make Sampler available everywhere!
We host an ongoing contest called the #SamplerLove photo contest. To enter, you must post a photo of your favourite sample in your most recent Sampler box with the #SamplerLove hashtag, on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. Each month, we pick a winner who will win a $25 Amazon gift card. The winning photo also gets reposted on Sampler's social media pages.
How do I take the perfect sample photo?
You may have noticed that we at Sampler, LOVE to share the photos our users have taken of the samples they've received. Here's how you can take the perfect sample photo:
No one can see your sample in the dark. Make sure you’re shooting somewhere with plenty of light for the perfect shot!
Give your star sample the attention it deserves. Pick your fave sample from the bunch and start shooting those glam shots.
Post your photo on Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter and tag us and the brand of your new fave product. Also, don't forget to use our #SamplerLove hashtag in your caption!
We add new samples to the #SamplerParty each month which you are eligible to match with! You can select all of the samples you've matched with and have them shipped directly to your door. However, you will only be able to match with a sample once.
No. At Sampler protecting your personal information is a top priority. The personal information we collect directly from you ensures that we can match you with great products that you'll enjoy. Users' personal information is never sold to third parties.
When claiming samples you will be presented with the option to opt-in to receive future communication and deals directly from the brands Sampler works with, by doing so you are sharing you email information with these brands.
After claiming your samples, you can easily check through your Sampler account and email if your order was completed.
Step-by-step: How to check if your order has been completed through account and confirmation email
To see if your order was completed, simply follow these steps:
1. Login to your account
2. Claim the samples and/ or digital coupons you have matched with
3. Enter your Shipping information, and click "Submit"
4. Afterwards, you will be shown a screen confirming your order
5. An email will also be sent to your inbox with your order confirmation as well
Step-by-Step: How to check if your order is completed on my Sampler account
You can also check if your order was completed in the Orders tab of your Sampler account, all you have to do is:
1. Login to your account
2. Click on the Orders tab
3. Scroll and look for your most recent order to see if it is being processed
Unfortunately orders can not be canceled or returned after they have been placed. If you can't or don't want to try the sample or digital coupon you've received we encourage you to share it with someone who you think would enjoy it (and tell them to sign up to Sampler!).
No! If you are matched with a sample that you don't think you will enjoy, you do not need to claim it. Simply make sure that the checkbox next to the Sample image is unchecked before proceeding.
Another option is to click the info icon, where another window will appear. You will be given the option to "Select" or "Unselect" the sample you have matched with.
What are Bonus offers?
Bonus offers are additional and free physical coupons or samples that you can receive. They are added onto your order automatically after you have confirmed your shipping details. Please note that you are not able to unselect bonus offers. If you don't think these bonus offers are a perfect match, feel free to give your coupon/ sample to someone else who may like it.

Typically users receive their orders a couple weeks after claiming samples. However, it can sometimes take 3-4 weeks for orders to be delivered.
If you want to check on your order status you can do so by visiting the Orders page on your Sampler account.
Congrats on your sample match! If it's been a minute and you are curious where your order is, you can check the status from the Orders page of your Sampler account. Unfortunately we only have tracking available on shipments in the USA, but you can check here to make sure your order was placed successfully. While we know (from personal experience) you are eager to try your sample, it can sometimes take 3-4 weeks for orders to be delivered. So if you have not gotten your sample yet, don’t worry — it’s on its way.

2. Click on the Order tab
3. Look for your most recent order to see if it has been shipped
4. If you are are located in the USA you can also click on the tracking number to track where your shipment is from the carrier
No problem! If your order was delayed in the mail or you just haven't had a chance to try your samples that's ok. You can come back to the email after you've had a chance to try your samples or go directly to the Orders page on your Sampler account and start the survey from there.

It's important to note that there are a number of factors that go into matching our users with samples.
When you sign up, we ask you a series of questions in order to assign you samples that we know you'll love, and use! Our platform then matches you with samples based on your questionnaire responses, which should reflect your lifestyle and preferences.
Every month, new questions are added to some users' accounts. You can increase your chances of matching by answering them if they appear on your account! But don't fret, if you don't see any new questions, it doesn't necessarily mean you won't match either.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to accept landlines or VoIP phone numbers for verification of user accounts. As this is an essential part of our security to authenticate Sampler accounts, users require a valid phone number connected to a mobile network in order to claim samples.
We have heard your feedback and know this is disappointing for many of you. At Sampler we strive to make our experience inclusive and accessible. We are working hard on many improvements to make our product more inclusive to all individuals and welcome your feedback. While we are a small team we are confident we will be able to provide more accessibility to users without a mobile device in the future.
We currently do not have an official referral program. If you'd like to let a friend know about Sampler, simply send them to our website where they will be able to create an account to start getting samples.
